Today I go in to get a massive amount of Vitamin D put into my body. One of the blood tests came back saying that, not only was I low on it, but that my count was actually apparently below the threshold of detection that test uses. I can’t say I was surprised - I don’t drink much milk, and between my Irish skin and my photosensitive eyes I don’t spend much time out in the Sun, which are pretty much the two main sources most people have for Vitamin D. Anyway, they’re pretty sure that’s the cause of the fatigue, and suspect it may be having in impact on other symptoms, if it isn’t the root cause entirely. I guess we’ll find out pretty soon here.
